Leasing
Our attorneys have represented clients in a wide variety of leasing issues dealing with both commercial and residential real estate. We have experience in landlord-tenant matters, including eviction process and proceedings and have represented some of the areas largest residential landlords in eviction proceedings. Our experience in leasing goes beyond residential leasing matters and also incorporates the representation of landlords and tenants in negotiating long term retail or other commercial leasing arrangements, varying from simple one year commercial leases to multi-year leases with complex options and rights.

Condominium Law
The firm prides itself on the significant and extensive Condominium experience that we collectively offer to our clients. Attorney Ligris has represented numerous developers throughout the years in the development of Condominium projects. His experience ranges from the conversion of simple two or three family homes to large projects involving upwards of 100 Units. We have worked with developers to ensure local and state compliance during conversion and have experience in dealing with local boards and regulatory agencies in everything from affordable housing issues to zoning situations that may arise. We work closely with clients to produce quality Condominium documents and remain actively involved in the sale of all units in the project.
