Meet Eric

Eric primarily focuses on representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and confirming lenders’ mortgage commitments. Eric is also an experienced litigator who handles disputes involving real estate and other matters.

Eric, a native Massachusetts resident, is an avid Boston sports fan and can often be found watching the Patriots, Sox, and Celtics.

Eric currently lives in Chelsea with his family, along with his greyhound, Nayla.

Outside the Office

Eric can be found running through the neighborhood with his greyhound, exploring different state parks and historical sites in New England, or trying to stay current with new technologies by attending events in the Boston startup scene.

Background

Background

Before joining the team at Ligris + Associates, Eric spent four years as a litigator on the defense side at the national law firm of Wilson Elser, followed by another 4+ years on the plaintiff side at the Boston law firm of Todd & Weld. During this time, Eric developed an interest and passion for real estate, having purchased and sold properties in Charlestown, the South End, and Chelsea. Eric looks forward to helping buyers and sellers through this process!
