Meet Ethan
Ethan Grey joined Ligris in 2012, assisting the firm’s existing residential real estate and refinance practices. Ethan has counseled both buyers and sellers throughout the residential real estate transactional process including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing purchase and sale agreements and closing instruments. Ethan has further counseled owners of investment properties regarding leasing and landlord/tenant rights.
Outside the Office
In his spare time, Ethan enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Ethan is a native of Bedford, Massachusetts and served as a police officer with the Bedford Police Department from 2001-2007. Since 2007, Ethan has served as a police officer with the City of Boston and is currently assigned within the Bureau of Investigative Services.
