Meet Ethan

Ethan Grey joined Ligris in 2012, assisting the firm’s existing residential real estate and refinance practices. Ethan has counseled both buyers and sellers throughout the residential real estate transactional process including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing purchase and sale agreements and closing instruments. Ethan has further counseled owners of investment properties regarding leasing and landlord/tenant rights.

Outside the Office

In his spare time, Ethan enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Ethan is a native of Bedford, Massachusetts and served as a police officer with the Bedford Police Department from 2001-2007. Since 2007, Ethan has served as a police officer with the City of Boston and is currently assigned within the Bureau of Investigative Services.

Ethan’s years as a law enforcement official have given him the ability to professionally handle any situation that may arise in a transaction. He has vast experience interacting with individuals and business entities in negotiations, problem solving, and crisis resolutions. Ethan’s unique career as an attorney and police officer make him extremely adept at vigorously advocating for his clients while working collaboratively with other parties to bring a transaction to the closing table.

“Finishing the 2012 Boston Marathon as part of the Dana Farber Cancer Team in 100+ degree heat. I did not break any records, but crossed the line regardless!”

“Italy – Florence, Tuscany, Asolo, and Venice. The people, lifestyle, and food were without compare.”
