Meet Heather
Heather primarily focuses on representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and confirming lenders’ mortgage commitments.
Heather grew up in a military family and has called many New England communities home over the years but has resided in Fairhaven for the last 12 years.
Outside the Office
Heather lives in Fairhaven with her daughter Soleil. In her free time, she enjoys traveling locally and internationally, trying new restaurants, any activity by the water, and spending time with family and friends.

Background
Before joining the team at Ligris, Heather worked at a boutique real estate law firm based in Andover, MA specializing in Residential Real Estate Transactions. Heather also operated her own practice representing clients in the areas of Landlord/Tenant and Real Estate.
