Olga primarily focuses on representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and confirming lenders’ mortgage commitments.
Outside the Office
Olga is passionate about architecture, interior design and visual arts. On the weekends she enjoys preparing Mediterranean meals for her family and visiting museums and exhibitions. She enjoys travelling, reading and listening to classical and pop music.

Before joining the team at Ligris, Olga was Chief Legal Officer of Alpha Bank Albania, a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, the fourth largest Greek Bank, advising the Board of Directors and the Bank’s senior executives on strategic leadership matters requiring a thorough evaluation and understanding of the legal risks resulting from the Bank’s lending, investment, and project finance activities. She is skilled in structuring complex financial transactions, as well as negotiating and drafting credit facility agreements. She served as legal advisor to World Bank and the International Monetary Fund in different project initiatives. Olga worked as a prominent adjunct professor at the Albanian Magistrates School and European University, teaching Financial Law and Family Law.
