Meet Josh

Josh primarily focuses on representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, preparing deeds, and reviewing condominium documents.

Although originally from Los Angeles, Josh has quickly come to love all that New England has to offer. He currently resides near Foxborough with his wife, Alexa.

Outside the Office

Outside of the office, Josh spends time playing his guitar, exploring the outdoors, and looking for new restaurants. In the summer he is usually out at the lake on his paddle board or on the golf course.

Background

Before joining the team at Ligris, Josh was a Legal Assistant at Anderson|Hinkins in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he aided in the research and preparation of documents relating to personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. While at Michigan State, Josh represented tenants in housing disputes, aiding them in the process of securing affordable and safe housing. Additionally, Josh worked as a Student Ambassador, where he served as a liaison between prospective/admitted law students and the MSU College of Law.
