Meet Matt

Matt focuses his practice on the representation of individuals, developers, and lenders in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinances. He is proficient at facilitating condominium conversions for owners of multi-family properties and drafting lease agreements.

 

Outside the Office

Matt enjoys travel, golf, and trying new restaurants. He volunteers at the Pine Street Inn and is an avid fan of all Boston sports.

Background

Prior to joining Ligris, Matt was an associate attorney at a south shore firm, managing day-to-day operations at one of the firm’s three locations. He has extensive experience in the mortgage field, which helps him relate to his clients and their needs. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Matt, his wife, Renee, and their two sons, Ryan and Cameron, currently reside in Plainville.
