Bill represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate. He has extensive knowledge in condominium conversion and all forms of real estate financing and title matters.
Outside the Office
Bill is a husband and father of two and when he can find the time, is a guitarist with eclectic tastes in music ranging from classical, blues, rock, country and jazz, to Flamenco and Greek folk music. He is also an avid saltwater fisherman and loves going to the beach.

Bill joined Ligris after twelve years of operating his own real estate law firm, The Law Office of Vasilios B. Kotsiris, in downtown Boston. His practice specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium conversion and title insurance. He represented buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the purchase, sale, development and financing of real estate.
