Outside the Office
Bill is a husband and father of two and when he can find the time, is a guitarist with eclectic tastes in music ranging from classical, blues, rock, country and jazz, to Flamenco and Greek folk music. He is also an avid saltwater fisherman and loves going to the beach.

His practice specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium conversion and title insurance. He represented buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the purchase, sale, development and financing of real estate.

He lectures to agents and buyers and sellers on all aspects of real estate law from offers to purchase, purchase and sales agreements, condominium documents, and condominium law and conveyancing issues including TRID compliance, and understanding loan programs.
