Erin spends most of her free time visiting her family on Long Island and playing with her cocker-spaniel mix dog. She also enjoys traveling and is an avid skier.

Background
Before joining the team at Ligris, Erin worked at a large international law firm in Boston where she represented corporate clients in a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate governance. Erin’s experience working on corporate transactions strengthened her attention to detail during contract negotiations, and it helped her develop the skills necessary to resolve the variety of issues that arise in various types of real estate transactions.
