Meet Georgiana
Georgiana’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial and residential transactions, including representing lenders in closing commercial, asset-based, real estate, and construction loans, as well as business lines of credit. Additionally, she represents individuals and entities in commercial and residential purchases and sales.
Outside the Office
Georgiana was born and raised in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and currently resides in South Boston. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, reading a good book, and checking out the current exhibits at Boston’s renowned art museums.

Background
Prior to joining Ligris, Georgiana worked as a legal assistant at a local law firm specializing in real estate and estate planning practice areas where she drafted and prepared various estate planning documents, real estate documents, and conducted legal research.
While studying at Suffolk Law School, Georgiana was a SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in the Accelerator to Practice Clinic, where she represented individuals who otherwise lacked access to the justice system in eviction and housing discrimination cases as primary counsel under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
Georgiana earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and continued working as a freelance graphic designer throughout her time in law school.
