Meet Joseph
Joseph “Joe” Uliano is a real estate attorney focused on helping clients navigate residential and commercial transactions with confidence and efficiency. His practice includes buyer and seller representation, title matters, lender representation, residential and commercial condominium conversions (both registered and recorded land), refinancing, and transactional problem-solving. Joe is known for his practical approach, responsiveness, and commitment to providing clients with clear guidance throughout every stage of a transaction.
Joe works closely with clients, brokers, lenders, and other professionals to keep matters progressing smoothly and efficiently. He understands that real estate transactions often move quickly and require consistent communication, and he prides himself on being accessible, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Joe enjoys spending as much time as possible with Corinne, his partner and best friend, three exceptional daughters, and dog, Sagan. A dedicated father, he’s a fixture on the sidelines supporting his girls in wrestling, track, soccer, and basketball. Joe and his family enjoy time together mountain biking, weightlifting, snowboarding, and attending concerts, and feeds his intellectual curiosity through reading philosophy and science, with a love of debating controversial topics.

Background
Joe has developed broad experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Massachusetts. His practice includes reviewing and resolving title issues, coordinating closings, assisting lenders and borrowers, and managing transactional matters from start to finish.
Prior to joining Ligris, Joe practiced at Alavi Braza, P.C., where he worked closely with clients and industry professionals on a wide range of real estate matters. While in law school, Joseph interned as a judicial clerk for the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court, writing numerous Decisions on topics ranging from adverse possession to land use. His experience and collaborative approach allow him to efficiently guide clients through transactions while maintaining a strong focus on service and communication.
