Meet Meg
Meg assists and operates as part of an experienced transactional team lead by the firm’s founder, Kosta Ligris, alongside Attorneys Nik Ligris and David Forrest. Meg’s practice concentrates on all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions and development, representing buyers, sellers, developers, investors and institutional clients. Meg focuses on the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate agreements as well as overseeing and managing transactions for clients.
Although originally from a small town in southern New Hampshire, Meg calls Boston her true “home.” She resides in South Boston with her husband, Nick.
Outside the Office
Meg embraces all aspects of city living, particularly in this ever-developing city. Nothing excites her more than spotting a new restaurant or venue that she will inevitably enjoy with the company of close friends or family.
Meg is naturally drawn to water, which makes living in her recently purchased South Boston home a perfect fit for her. Since that purchase, a great majority of her (and her husband’s) time has been dedicated toward painting, decorating, and getting settled in their home.
Meg loves fitness in all forms; outside of the office, you will likely find her at a Bar Method studio or at Southie’s longstanding and original boxing gym, Peter Welch’s. In the winter, you will find her skiing with friends and family.
