Meet Molly
Molly E. Lane is an attorney whose practice focuses on representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in the acquisition, sale, and financing of real estate. Molly is originally from the south shore of Boston and now resides in Back Bay.
Outside of the office, Molly enjoys trying new restaurants around the city, reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Molly is a detail-oriented legal professional with experience spanning personal injury, real estate, liquor licensing, and zoning matters. Through her academic training and hands-on legal experience, she has developed a strong foundation in client communication, legal research, contract drafting, and case preparation.

Background
Molly gained practical legal experience through various internships throughout law school, including experience in real estate litigation, zoning, liquor licensing, and personal injury. Additionally, she served as a Staff Member and Vice President of Suffolk Law’s Moot Court Honor Board, Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy during her second and third years of law school. She gained a strong foundation in legal writing, case analysis, and leadership during her time on the Journal and had her case comment published in version XXIX, volume 2 of the Journal.
