Meet Randy
Randy is the Director of Business Law Group at Ligris. Her practice concentrates on all aspects of commercial and residential transactions, including representing lenders in closing complex commercial, asset-based, real estate, construction, and SBA loans, as well as business lines of credit. She also has extensive experience representing individuals and entities in purchase, sale, and business transactions. Randy’s practice also includes commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants.
Randy is originally from New York and currently resides in Newton, Massachusetts.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Randy devotes her time to her many and varied philanthropic pursuits. She spends quality time with her extensive family and large group of friends, all of whom view her as loving and supportive.
She has two daughters who live nearby. Her oldest daughter is a veterinarian, and her youngest daughter has her masters in education and is a kindergarten teacher.
