Meet Steve
Steve grew up in Newton and his first-grade class was literally in a building that stood on the site where the Ligris Newton office is today. He now lives in the South End section of Boston.
He specializes in all aspects of real estate law, in particular handling closings of commercial real estate transactions and in examining commercial titles and issuing title insurance.
Outside the Office
Steve’s principal residence is in Boston, but he spends time in both Maine and Palm Springs, California.
He and his wife of 53 years, Anita, enjoy going to sports events, Broadway shows and travelling. He has been in all 50 states.

Background
Steve began his practice of law in the Boston office of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. In 1976, he formed Adelson & Golden P.C., which eventually became the Adelson Loria & Weisman P.C. office.
