Judge Kaplan joined Ligris + Associates in 2019 as a Mediator/Conciliator, focusing her practice on domestic relations and probate mediation and conciliation. For nearly two decades prior, she served as an Associate Justice of the Probate and Family Court, primarily in Suffolk, Middlesex, Essex, and Nantucket Counties. Drawing on her extensive judicial experience, Kaplan’s private practice is dedicated to effective and compassionate conflict resolution outside of the courtroom.
