Background
Judge Kaplan was an Associate Justice of the Probate and Family Court from 2001 until 2019. She sat primarily in Suffolk, Middlesex, Essex, and Nantucket Counties. Prior to being appointed to the bench, Judge Kaplan was an Associate at LoDolce & Epstein, and a Partner at Deutsch, Williams and Burns and Levinson. Judge Kaplan has lectured extensively in all areas of family and probate law.
