A skilled negotiator and respected litigator, she is especially adept at drafting and analyzing comprehensive separation agreements that protect her clients’ long-term interests. Diaz is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and regularly speaks on panels addressing custody and the needs of children in high-conflict divorces.
