Meet Dean
Dean has over 30 years of land law experience assisting local and national lenders, individuals and businesses with the acquisition, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Individuals and businesses from a wide range of industries and services in the areas of business entity formation, contracts, asset sales, leasing, and financing. He leverages decades of experience on behalf of clients to deliver solutions and practical advice custom-fit for their individual situations.
Outside the Office
Dean lives in Medfield, Mass, with his wife Aphrodite. In their free time, they can be found on the golf courses and mountains around Quechee, Vermont. Dean is passionate about cycling, hiking, traveling, cooking, and golf. An avid organic gardener, he maintains a plot at the Medfield Community Garden growing fresh vegetables for family, friends, and the local food pantries.

Background
Before joining the team at Ligris, Dean was the managing partner of Hill & Plakias P.C. in Dedham. The firm originally founded by Don Gleason Hill has been in continuous operation since 1885 until merging with Ligris in 2024. Prior to becoming an attorney, Dean worked for Citibank NA in human resource management in New York and Saudi Arabia.
