Josh represents and advises property owners and investors in all areas of landlord-tenant law and real estate litigation. Josh is highly skilled at handling residential and commercial evictions, litigation, leasing, discrimination claims, code enforcement actions, and receiverships. Josh also frequently serves as a guardian ad litem, in which capacity he assists tenants and landlords with mental impairments at the Housing Court’s request.

Josh operated Krefetz Law Firm LLC for ten years and became one of the leading landlord-tenant lawyers in the Greater Boston area prior to merging his practice with Ligris. Before he became an attorney, Josh was a political analyst for the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations in New York City. He speaks conversational Japanese and is an avid cold-water scuba diver.
