Ligris + Associates Named to Boston Business Journal’s List of Best Places to Work for Fifth Consecutive Year
BOSTON, April 16, 2026 – Ligris + Associates PC announces that the firm has been named one of Boston Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work in the Small Company category. The awards program is an exclusive ranking of Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their employees. Ligris has been recognized for five consecutive years.
Over the past year, Ligris has experienced significant growth through strategic expansion into several new practice areas and the addition of key talent. The firm launched an Immigration Law practice with the addition of attorneys Brendan Durrigan and Shelby E. Ridley, and established a Family Law division with the additions of Evey M. Diaz, Honorable Katherine A. Field, (Ret.), Ariana D. Flessas, Alyssa Johnson, and Michael (Mick) P. Judge. Ligris also welcomed attorneys Anthony Troiano and Georgia Zisimopoulos, further strengthening the firm’s depth.

The businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee-engagement surveys distributed by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits. Based on the results of those surveys, businesses were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum.
The Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program, now in its 24th year, is the longest-running workplace survey program in Greater Boston. This year, 90 companies were selected to be a part of the list. The 2026 awards honored 25 companies in the Small Company category, which includes businesses with 50-99 Massachusetts employees.
Final rankings of the companies across categories will be announced at the Best Places to Work celebration event on June 11th at The Westin Copley Place and will appear in a special publication of the Boston Business Journal’s June 12th edition.
