Before joining Ligris & Associates, Brendan operated his own legal practice, representing clients in a broad range of civil and administrative matters, with a primary focus on immigration law and litigation. Over nearly two decades, he has helped individuals, families, and professionals navigate the U.S. immigration system and related legal challenges.
Brendan has represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, giving him strong experience in both courtroom advocacy and administrative proceedings. This allows him to develop strategies that are legally sound, efficient, and tailored to each client’s situation.
Beyond his legal work, Brendan serves as the Human Rights Committee Chairman for Delta Projects, Inc., a nonprofit that supports and houses individuals with disabilities. Outside the office, he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
