David assists the firm’s founder, Kosta Ligris, on all of his files. His practice concentrates on all aspects of residential real estate transactions. He represents buyers, sellers, investors and developers in the acquisition, sale and development of residential real estate. David specializes in the review and negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreements, curing title defects, and tracking clients’ mortgage commitments with their lenders. David lives in Beacon Hill in Boston (he gets to walk to work!), and grew up in Melrose where his family still lives. He is proficient in German.
Outside the Office
David loves to play and watch tennis and is also an avid fan of Star Trek. But his favorite daily activity is to read the actual physical newspaper – Boston Globe or New York Times – every morning (he gets up extra early to read it!). He loves reading about what’s going on in the world and all of the latest developments in politics.

Before working at Ligris, David worked at a small residential real estate transactional firm in Boston. David also clerked for the Administrative Law Judge for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, but his favorite job prior to Ligris was working at Fenway Park.
David takes great pride in his attention to detail and making sure that each client feels as if they are his only client. Because he realizes that buying or selling property is often the biggest event in that person’s life at that time, David’s primary goal is to eliminate all the stress for the client during this important experience.
