BOSTON, June 16, 2026 – Boston law firm Ligris + Associates PC was selected for The Boston Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work award in the Small Company category. The award is an exclusive ranking of Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their employees. Ligris ranked second on a list of 25 honorees. The Boston Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work marks the 23rd annual awards for the Boston Business Journal and is Boston’s first and longest-running awards program recognizing great workplaces. More than 200 companies participated in this year’s Best Places to Work program, with the top-ranked companies in five categories recognized for their strong workplace cultures. The top 90 companies were recognized as honorees for having the highest combined employee scores of job satisfaction, engagement, communication, teamwork and more. The confidential research is conducted by the Business Journal’s partner, Quantum Workplace. Index scores are based entirely on employee survey responses.
