Meet Danielle
Danielle's practice encompasses all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, and institutional clients, and advises them through every stage of the transaction. Danielle focuses on the drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate agreements and oversees and manages transactions to ensure successful closings for her clients.
Danielle has called Boston home for over twenty years, having originally moved from California to attend Boston University. She quickly fell in love with the city and now considers it home. Danielle lives in Milton with her husband, Matthew, their two children, and their yellow Labrador, Teddy.
Outside the Office
Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, exploring museums and parks, and continuing to refine her culinary skills.

Background
Prior to Ligris, Danielle had her own general practice, assisting clients with real estate law, family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. Danielle also has an extensive background in real estate, with over ten years of experience in rentals and sales, giving her an innate understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers.
