Meet Avi
Avi primarily focuses on representing individuals, investors, and property owners with purchases and sales of residential homes, multi-family, condominiums, and commercial buildings. Avi also represents several local, regional and national lenders in the financing of both commercial and residential real estate transactions. A problem solver by nature, Avi is an excellent resource for resolving complex real estate matters.
Outside the Office
Avi lives in Brookline with his wife, children and their dog and cats. In his free time, he enjoys drinking coffee, practicing hot yoga, napping, golfing and relaxing at Nantasket Beach in the summer.

Background
Before joining the team at Ligris, Avi was the founding attorney at a real estate law firm based in Brookline, MA where he practiced for 14 years. He has interned with the US Department of Justice – US Trustees Program and has served as a Law Clerk in the US Bankruptcy Court – EDVA. Avi has lived in Washington DC, Tel Aviv, and Boston.
