Meet Kosta
Kosta is the founder of Ligris and now serves as a strategic advisor to the firm and a member of its Board of Directors. During his fifteen-year tenure as Managing Partner, he built a practice centered on residential and commercial real estate — representing buyers, sellers, and developers across acquisition, sale, and development, with deep experience in condominium projects and a general-counsel role for select investors and developers.
He has advised banks, lenders, and real estate firms on regulatory compliance with state and federal law, including TRID, ALTA Best Practices, and cybersecurity in residential lending and settlement.
Kosta also holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management, where he is a Senior Lecturer and the inaugural Executive Entrepreneur in Residence, his interests focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, and cybersecurity. He advises the President and Senior Leadership at Boston University on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Kosta lives in Miami, Florida, speaks fluent Greek, and is proficient in French and Italian.
