He is regularly appointed by the Massachusetts Trial Court as a Special Master and is often looked to by the Court to assist in exceptionally complex financial matters. He also teaches on financial topics for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), underscoring his reputation as a leader in the field. He brings clarity and control to even the most high-stakes disputes, particularly those involving intricate asset division and sophisticated financial structures. Diaz is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and regularly speaks on panels addressing custody and the needs of children in high-conflict divorces.
