Diaz is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and regularly speaks on panels addressing custody and the needs of children in high-conflict divorces. Her insight into child-centered outcomes and her ability to work collaboratively—even in adversarial settings—make her a valuable ally to both clients and colleagues.

Flessas is a dedicated family law attorney known for her rigorous, hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to her clients. Her practice spans a comprehensive range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony. With a combination of precision and compassion, she guides individuals and families through complex legal processes, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and empowered at every stage. Clients often note that Flessas’ attention to detail and thoughtful advocacy make them feel like they are her sole focus. Her ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable strategies is a hallmark of her practice.
